By commissioning me, this serves as an agreement that:
- you have read the terms of service and agree to it
- any work(s) commissioned might be posted and/or used for a portfolio
- you have the money to pay me fully when payment is asked
- you provide any feedback if needed and upfront about changes throughout the process
- no chargebacks or paypal disputes without contacting me first

1. payment is upfront

a. Payments are done through ko-fi / paypal. Message about other methods of payment.
b. After discussing details and given a quote, I will not begin on your commission until paid.
c. Exceptions are for Live2d models. Waitlist fees are 10% of the total and non-refundable.

2. I have the right to refuse your commission.

a. If I can not complete your commission before or in the middle of the service, I will provide a full refund.
b. Otherwise, all payments are final.
c. Refund exceptions are for Live2d models only.

3. Estimated drawing time frame is from: 1 week to 3 months. For Live2d, it can range to up to 1 month to 6 months.

a. I can provide progress shots and WIPs upon request.
b. In the event that you desire an express delivery on your commission, an express fee (%) will be discussed.

4. Max amount of free revisions on the artwork when “completed”: 3

a. Any more revisions will cost a certain amount depending on how major the change is. So please be specific on everything you would want changed at 1 time.
b. This counts for major changes only. E.g. Changing pose, changing shading type, changing detailed parts.
c. this does not apply to parts that are accidently different than the original references provided

5. Commissions are used for personal reasons only.

a. Commissions may NOT be used for hate speech, homophobia, transphobia, slurs, defacing the artwork, etc (DFI criteria based things)
b. Reposting is allowed, although, crediting is recommended. Ask before editing.
c. I do not sign/watermark commissions, but will if asked for.
d. One exception are for Live2D models. Although, credit must be given via profile, and platform of use.
e. Another exception are for events of the fandoms I am in. Ex. cupsleeves, zines
f. For commercial use (printing and sale), a fee (%) will be added.

6. By commissioning me, your commission may be used for gallery/portfolio uses.

7. Terms may be subject to change.
